The Gen Z Utah Chamber of Commerce champions the founders, professionals, and civic leaders building what comes next — connecting a new generation of Utah business to capital, community, and a credible voice in the rooms where decisions get made.
Serving all 29 counties — from Salt Lake City to St. George.
01 Our Mission
Gen Z is no longer the future of Utah's economy. We are already hiring, building, creating, and leading across every corner of Utah. What's been missing is the infrastructure that turns individual ambition into collective influence: a place to convene, a network that opens doors, and a voice with the standing to be heard.
The chamber is that place. We promote Gen Z–owned businesses, build the relationships that move careers and companies forward, and advocate on the issues that define economic opportunity for a generation — credibly, professionally, and for the long term.
How we operate
A new institution earns credibility the same way a good business does — by being clear about who it serves, how it decides, and what it will and won't stand for.
Direction is set by the founders and professionals we serve — not handed down from the top.
We advocate for a generation's economic future, never for a party or a candidate.
Rooted here and accountable here, focused on real opportunity from Salt Lake City to St. George.
Transparent about who we are, where we're headed, and how decisions get made.
02 What We Do
Everything we do ladders up to a single purpose: making it materially easier to build a business and a career as a young person in Utah.
We put Gen Z–owned businesses in front of customers, press, and partners — through our member directory, spotlights, and a brand customers trust. When you join, the chamber becomes part of how people find and vet you.
Visibility & trustMixers, founder roundtables, and leadership forums that put the right people in the same room — on purpose, not by accident.
Events across UtahMentorship, practical resources, and warm introductions to capital — the unglamorous help that decides whether a venture survives its first years.
Mentorship & capitalBoard readiness, public speaking, and civic fluency — the skills that move young leaders from the room into the decisions made in it.
Programs & fellowshipsA nonpartisan voice on the issues shaping young Utahns' economic future — the cost of starting up, housing, and workforce. We represent the generation, not a party.
NonpartisanSpotlights, recognition, and a public register that documents what this generation is building — and gives it the credit it has earned.
Recognition03 Founding Membership
Founding members aren't joining an organization that already exists — they're deciding what it becomes. The inaugural cohort sets the standard, the priorities, and the culture for everyone who follows.
04 Founding Board
We're assembling a founding board of entrepreneurs, operators, creators, and aligned supporters who will shape the chamber's strategy, open doors, and lend their credibility to a generation stepping into leadership. This is hands-on civic work for people who would rather build the institution than wait for it.
